Artwork, Proofs & Production
The quality of the finished product depends on the quality of the artwork you provide. Please supply “camera-ready” artwork or computer-generated artwork as defined below with your order. Charges to correct artwork that does not meet the specifications below will be billed at the rate of $60.00 per hour.

Please send electronic files in: TIFF, CDR, EPS, PDF, AI or JPEG format. We support: Adobe Illustrator (Cs3 or lower), Adobe Photoshop (Cs3 or lower), Corel Draw (12 or lower). The minimum resolution or dpi at 100% size of imprint is as follows: Full Color - 300 dpi or greater, Gray scale - 600 dpi or greater, Single color - 1200 dpi or greater. All text must be converted to outline or vector form. Also helpful would be a color breakdown by PMS# or CMYK#. We do not print to match inkjet or laser printed copies. The Real Estate Super Store assumes no responsibility for incorrect color output.

Please email art, photos etc. To: graphic2@resuperstore.com. When art is sent by email please include the following in Subject Line (Bruce Banks) for (business cards and yard signs).

All custom imprinted products must have an approved copy/proof on file. Please note: production begins upon approval and must be paid in full. Any delays in response can affect the completion and/or ship date. Please fax or email proof acceptance. Prices quoted include up to three (3) proofs for review and approval. Additional proofs may be billed @ $5.00 each.

Authorization, Rights to Promotion & Trademarks
Unless indicated in writing, photographs, imprints, logos, trademarks etc. displayed on products in this website or company catalog are for illustrative purposes only. They do not imply endorsement of the products by the companies the imprints represent or are any items with specific logos for sale to anyone other than the parties expressly authorized by the owners of such designs. The Real Estate Super Store reserves the right to promotion and use of any items produced in displays, catalogs, flyers, advertisements and other promotional uses.

The customer, when placing an order, represents and warrants that they have the authority to order, purchase and distribute products with the names, logos, copyrights etc. The customer also agrees to indemnify and hold the Real Estate Super Store harmless, its affiliates and representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses. This will include legal fees arising out of, or related to, and actual or alleged infringements or misappropriation of any trademark, copyright or any other logos used.

Miscellaneous
We accept cash, personal and business checks, money order, cashier check, Visa & Master Card. A surcharge of $.50 will apply on all transactions under $10.00 (except orders on our website). There is a $25.00 service charge fee on all returned checks. Mistakes happen, but we make every attempt to avoid pricing and information errors.....but we’re only human! When a mistake occurs, we reserve the right to correct it. We apologize for any inconvenience should this happen.

Rush orders are available on many custom products and may be subject to a fee. Please let us know if you will need your products in a hurry!! Changes in method of shipping may be an alternative: ie overnight, 2-3 day service etc. Additional fees must be approved in writing prior to shipping order.

Price Changes, Cancellations, Change Orders or Variances
We make every effort to hold pricing through our current website and catalog. However, prices are subject to change without notice.

Once we receive signed custom proof approvals then all custom order cancellations may be subject to a minimum of $25.00 plus all costs incurred until cancellation (ie Artwork, design layouts, film, screens etc.). Cancellation must be in writing and followed up by an email or oral confirmation. Change orders may be subject to a minimum of $25.00 plus all costs incurred up to the change per above. Orders shipped to a wrong address given by customer may be subject to additional shipping expenses.

We will make every effort to ship exact quantities per order and reserve the right, in accordance with printing industry standards, to ship 5% over or under the quantity specified. Sign sizes are not always an exact measurement and typically have a 3% variance due to the materials and manufacturing processes. Colors are also not always an exact medium. Returned Merchandise
All returned merchandise: 1) Must be within 30 days from purchase date. 2) Must have the original cash register receipt. 3) Must be pre-approved for return, call the store: 800-772-2178 for authorization. 4) Applies to all stock products only, no custom. 5) Must be returned in saleable condition and in original packaging. 6) The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost and packaging. 7) No refund of original shipping cost. 8) A 20% re-stocking fee will apply. 9) All sales are final on: sale items, close-outs, cd’s, forms and custom orders.

Shipping
Every effort is made to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We normally ship via Fed-Ex ground service and/or best alternate area shipper. Fed-Ex does not deliver to post office boxes. Residential, rural or special handling may incur additional charges. In some cases we ship US Postal Service. Overnight, 2-3 day service, drop shipments etc are available, please call for a quote. FOB is Portland, Oregon.

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and/or all International shipments will be billed at actual air charges + $5.00. Customs charges may apply and customer assumes all responsibility for all claims resulting from loss, transit damage, re-packing etc.

All claims resulting from loss or transit damage must be filed immediately and directly with the carrier by customer. All other claims must be in writing and submitted within 15 days of receipt of order. Defective merchandise must be returned immediately for our inspection and follow-up. We will contact the customer to either repair, replace or cancel order and refund accordingly per above.
